Biography: Mr. Lahoud is the founder & CEO of Serenity Advisors, a strategic and financial advisory firm, president of IMA Lebanon Chapter, and a board member at IMA Global. Enjoys 15+ years of experience working in the fields of finance, accounting, education, and public speaking across multiple industries catering for international and regional markets.
Gaby is a CMA, CFA, and PMP; holds a MBA in Banking & Finance, and is a PhD candidate in Strategic Management.
Held multiple positions in regional & multinational organizations, a professional & academic instructor in multiple professional institutions and academic universities, as well as provide in-house training.
Mr. Rishi Malhotra:

Biography: Mr. Malhotra is the Academic and Community Relations Manager for IMA and covers, Middle East and Africa region. He was born and raised in the United Kingdom and moved to the UAE in 2010 with his family. Rishi has a very diverse profile stretching to around 16 years of total experience, with a variety of skills which include, Management, Operations, Sales, Strategy, and Negotiation. When moving to the UAE, Rishi joined the world famous London Business School as Operations Manager, plus recruited senior students for the Executive MBA Program. He then joined a soft skills training company, and was in charge of product delivery to all clients in the region and managed three office locations. Mr. Malhotra is a very passionate and family oriented individual who likes to spend as much time with the family as possible. Outside of work Rishi loves to watch EPL football and his favorite team is from Manchester.
