Today, we celebrate RHU’s 2024 Founder’s Day with mixed emotions. While RHU marks its 25th anniversary, we do so against the somber backdrop of our beloved Lebanon being at war. Had he been with us today, our late founder, Martyr Prime Minister Rafik Hariri, would be celebrating this milestone and undoubtedly working tirelessly to prevent such strife in his cherished homeland. For RHU, however, we firmly believe that better days are yet to come.
Under the leadership of our astute Chairperson of the Board, Mrs. Nazek Rafik Hariri, the University is laying the foundations for its next growth cycle. RHU is reinventing itself - reengineering its business model, formalizing its internal structures, and sowing the seeds of growth for the next 50 years and beyond. We are confident that RHU will emerge from these efforts stronger than ever, a beacon of hope that radiates resilience and fosters prosperity for generations to come.
Today, let us come together to celebrate RHU’s achievements. Let us join hands to enable RHU to continue to soar high and join the league of prominent universities worldwide.
