On May 18, 2024, Rafik Hariri University is set to make history by hosting Lebanon's first-ever Micromouse competition.  Organized by the IEEE RHU Student Branch and RHU Robotics and Technology Club in the College of Engineering, this event promises to be an exciting showcase of innovation and creativity, featuring an impressive display of engineering talent and expertise.

The Micromouse Competition at RHU features two categories, Elementary and Senior.

The Elementary category is designed for students under 15 years old. They will navigate through mazes of varying difficulty levels. On the other hand, the Senior category is for high school and university students. They will face progressively challenging mazes, with the difficulty increasing with each stage of the competition.

The first-place winner will receive a prize of $300, the second-place winner $200, and the third-place winner $100. In addition, there will be awards for Best Design, Innovation, Rising All-Stars, and Best Algorithm.

The registration fee for IEEE Members is $10 and $15 for Non-IEEE Members. The registration fee includes breakfast and lunch. You can complete the registration form and submit it online. Payment can be made through Wish Money to Mr. Ahmad Sharara 81/047743 or by OMT.
