As part of the course requirements, the 2018 Event Marketing and Management class in the College of Business Administration aimed to challenge the status quo and create a special event entitled “Beauty Redefined” that focuses on the internal beauty and sense of social responsibility. Eight female and eight male students competed for the title of Real Beauty on the evening of Friday, April 20, 2018 at RHU campus. The winners were Ms. Farida Hamieh and Mr. Youssef Mougarbel.
The event was conducted in partnership with the Children Cancer Center of Lebanon (CCCL). Five thousand Lebanese pounds were donated to the center from each ticket sold. Moreover, the event’s guests of honor were: Guy Manoukain, the international musician, composer and pianist, Mr. Wissam Hanna, actor, presenter, model & Mr. Lebanon, and Mr. Ahmad Akkad, the beloved singer and song writer, who contributed to the special entertainment of the night.
The Event Marketing and Management class of 2018 was glad to have First National Bank (FNB) as the major contributor to the event and donor to the CCCL. As well as, زهرة الليمون, Grow Fit Gym, Al Rawas Travel, and Tima Jewelry as sponsors.
