RHU held its 4th Annual High School Tournaments in basketball and mini football, men and women categories, between the 31st of March and the 5th of April, at RHU campus. A committee evaluated the performance of the players and accorded university scholarships to the best and most paramount players in the competition.
After winning RHU HSPC, the champs had formed a team. The team was supervised by their coach Mr. Noureddine Barakeh, member of RHU ACM Student Chapter in the College of Sciences and Information Systems, and their school’s computer instructor.
RHU HSPC contest was organized by the College of Sciences and Information System for the first time on January 21st, 2017 at RHU campus. RHU ACM Student Chapter had trained more than 40 high school students from five different schools in Beirut and South Lebanon during November and December 2016 and taught them computer programming languages.
