In coordination with the Departments of Computer and Information Systems, Electrical and Computer Engineering, and the Financial Studies Department, the RHU Communication and Alumni Relations Office organized a Corporate Day event on Thursday, 30th November 2023, with Aspire Software as the host.
Aspire Software held a corporate presentation at 11:00 a.m. in the MEA Conference Hall, emphasizing their commitment to hiring technical talent for their software companies. The attendees witnessed the dedication of Resource Manager Wael Badrachani and Talent Acquisition Specialist Sununu Rammal towards fostering a dynamic and thriving corporate culture. They created an engaging and interactive environment for participants, providing a networking and knowledge-sharing platform and reinforcing strong bonds, contributing to Aspire Software's continued success.
The event included one-on-one job interviews for 35 senior students and alums in computer science, computer and communication engineering, and business information technology management. The interviews were held at the Communication and Alumni Relations Office in Block B.
During the presentation, the speakers showcased the company's offshore center in Lebanon, which opened in July 2022. Aspire Software plans to grow its headcount to 100 people by the end of 2023 and 200 or more by the end of 2024. Mr. Badrachani mentioned that Aspire Software currently employs one RHU graduate and is keen on hiring more talented RHU graduates.
Mr. Badrachani and Ms. Rammal expressed gratitude to the RHU Communication Office in a thank-you note following the event. “Named in honor of the visionary who shaped modern Lebanon, Rafik Hariri University lived up to expectations. The Office of Development organized a remarkable and productive corporate day, where we presented our company and showcased our success to many skilled students and alums eager to launch their professional journeys and join Aspire Software. Looking forward to future collaborations,” they said.
