RHU hosted a cybersecurity awareness seminar on March 11. Organized by the Software Engineering Club and IEEE Women in Engineering Lebanon, the event drew a diverse audience eager to learn about cybersecurity's critical role. We were privileged to have Mr. Mohamad Khattab, a professional in business information technology and cybersecurity, and Mr. Tarek El Harakeh, a seasoned technology expert and MBA candidate, share their invaluable knowledge and experiences.
The seminar featured a dynamic agenda, starting with an introduction to cybersecurity, followed by insights into common threats and vulnerabilities. Attendees also learned best practices for personal and business security, culminating in an interactive Q&A session with expert speakers.
Participants were equipped with practical tools and strategies to enhance their cybersecurity practices and raise awareness of potential risks and mitigation techniques.
