RHU's professor of Biomedical Engineering Dr. Mohamad Diab, recently delivered a presentation at the Erasmus+ Information Day, organized by the Erasmus+ NEO Lebanon Office. The event aimed to highlight key Erasmus+ cooperation opportunities in higher education, particularly focusing on Internet Credit Mobility, Erasmus Mundus Actions, and Erasmus+ Virtual Exchange.
In his presentation, Dr. Diab emphasized RHU's significant role as an academic partner in the Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s Degree program, titled "Intelligent Photonics for Security, Reliability, Sustainability, and Safety." This program is a collaborative effort involving prominent institutions such as Jean Monnet University (UJM, France), University of Eastern Finland (UEF, Finland), Université Paris-Est Créteil (UPEC, France), Vilnius University (VU, Lithuania), and Politecnico di Torino (Italy).
Notably, RHU is the sole academic partner from Lebanon and the Middle East and North Africa (MEA) region in this prestigious program, including 28 associated industrial partners and nearly 20 academic partners worldwide.
