The Design Department at RHU's College of Arts and Sciences held its 14th Annual Graphic Design Student Exhibition, titled "Just Another Exhibition for our Creative Designers," on Thursday, June 13th, 2024, at 6:00 p.m. on the RHU campus. The exhibition showcased the work of RHU graphic design students and allowed them to engage with design professionals, academics, and industry leaders.
The event was dedicated to the memory of Ms. Hiba Markiz, a beloved student of the Design Department. A shield of honor was presented to her parents to recognize Hiba's dedication and resilience as a student.
The exhibition’s name reflects a touch of humor and playfulness and highlights the incredible talent and creativity that the students experienced through their three exceptional educational years. Yet, they could bloom and shine by reflecting on their innovative ideas through their projects showcased in the exhibition. RHU congratulates its senior graphic design students, Ms. Enas Tarabay, Ms. Layal Shaar, Ms. Dina Zbibo, Ms. Yasmine Saffieddine, Ms. Riyam Kurjieh, Mr. Omar Jubeily, Ms. Bassima Deaibes, Mr. Mustafa Hijazi, Mr. Mohammed Mezher, Ms. Celine Abou Chacra, Ms. Omaya Saridar, Ms. Raghad Al Khatib, Ms. Jana Saadeh, Ms. Samar Al Miari and Ms. Dima Moati for yet another successful year. Their creative design concepts embellished with bright visuals reflected high aptitude and skill.
The exhibition not only celebrated the work of RHU graphic design students but also provided a platform for them to interact with several professionals in the design field, academics, and company owners. Their presence and support were invaluable in making this event a success. The companies that attended, including Fyre, Loyac, Beesline, Chamsine, Maliks, The Little Engineer, Assentify, Outlink Media, Creative Advertising, Publicis, and Dimpill, played a crucial role in this celebration of creativity and design.
