The College of Business Administration in collaboration with the College of Sciences and Information Systems hosted their first guest speaker for this semester on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. in the main theater. CEO, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Leap to Success, Mr. Mahmoud Iskandarani, presented on the topic of “Personal Development and Effectiveness.”
Mr. Iskandarani shared his success story with the students, faculty, and staff, focusing on the importance of living the moment, without worrying about the future or staying stuck in the past. According to him, personal effectiveness starts with taking the right and effective decisions, planning and setting objectives, and then evaluating these objectives.
The speaker encouraged the audience to “embrace life with a positive attitude” and also advised them to “live as play, work as play.”
“Leap to Success” was established in 2012 in Dubai, United Arab Emirates as a consulting, learning and development company delivering services all over the Gulf region. The company works collaboratively with its customers to help them make a LEAP towards success and growth.
