Two RHU teams, team SunX and team dreem, participated in the NASA International Space Apps Challenge on October 1st and 2nd. RHU team SunX made it to the local final stage. Rami Kronbi was the student volunteer from RHU at this event.
The event attracted 250 participants who submitted 26 projects from Lebanon to the International NASA Space Apps organization as a solution to the annual challenges faced by humanity, on earth, and in space, that NASA posts to participants. It targeted innovative Lebanese students and individuals with expertise in programming, engineering, science, art, and design to share their ideas, skills, and talents with the world.
NASA Space App is an annual international competition organized by NASA. It is the largest hackathon in the world. The Lebanese NASA Space Apps team, directly affiliated with the International Space Apps team, organized the competition.
