The RHU ACM Student Chapter in the Computer and Information Systems Department CIS at the College of Arts and Sciences hosted a hands-on workshop on Responsive Web Development using Flexbox. The workshop took place on Wednesday, November 8th, 2023. Abdallah Hijazi, a junior Computer Science student at RHU, delivered it.
The workshop's main goal was to enhance the participants' skills and career prospects by introducing them to Flexbox, a CSS model that greatly facilitates responsive web development.
In today's market, designing and developing responsive websites that work across all devices is a necessary skill, and the workshop aimed to provide the attendees with the necessary knowledge to achieve that.
