The RHU College of Business Administration offered a professional "Effective Time-Management" Workshop in collaboration with the Sidon-based NGO "Baderi" جمعية بادري on January 12, 2019. The workshop marked the launch of a community outreach initiative that intends to strengthen the ties between the college and the surrounding community, and constitutes a series of workshops and lectures targeting civil society organizations in all Lebanese regions. It was delivered by CBA assistant professor Dr. Marwan Wahbi.
In her opening statement, Dr. Rima Bizri, Chairperson of the Management and Marketing Studies Department at Rafik Hariri University, indicated that “RHU is totally aware of its social responsibility towards different segments of the society, and aims to enhance the spirit of cooperation, participation and positive influence. These workshop shall contribute as much as possible to develop the skills required in the labor market and the necessary capabilities to achieve the goals on both the humanitarian and social levels.”
Participants in the workshop were introduced to the latest techniques in maximizing the usage of time, and they left with a stronger understanding of the importance of time management in achieving long run success.
