For Undergraduate & Graduate Programs:

Applications have to be completed and submitted with all required documents to the Admissions Office, either online or in person, no later than August 25 for applicants to the Fall Semester and December 25 for applicants to the Spring Semester.

Deadline for early admissions for Undergraduate Programs to the Fall semester is May 31.

Congratulations! Now that you are accepted:

• Make sure to pay the enrollment deposit within the deadline stated in your acceptance e-letter.
• Make sure to book for the in-house TOEFL if you haven’t submitted any of the English Language Proficiency Exams
• Make sure to submit all the original/certified documents listed in your acceptance e-letter.

Ready to register your courses

• Meet your academic advisor. The role of the advisor is to inform you about RHU’s rules and regulations, assist you to prepare your course schedule and ensure that you meet successfully the requirements of your academic program.
• Get your username and password (provided by IT Department via e-mail) to be used for on-line registration and other IT services.
• Obtain your Statement of fees on-line and pay it during the specified period.

You need transportation?

• There are free bus shuttles that transport students from the dormitory to Damour’s highway.
• Shuttle bus service is available to transport students to the RHU campus from and to several areas in Lebanon. The buses run the routes several times per day.
• Students have to fill the Bus Registration Statement and pay the Bus Fees at any Branch of Bank Med.

You need housing

Students interested in dorms are requested to fill the Dormitory facility Application and submit it to the concerned Staff member.

The University tuition fees are on an annual basis. Tuition and fees may be increased annually without prior notice.

Students are required to pay all tuition balance and other university fees by the announced deadlines to avoid late payment fees and the risk of courses being dropped. Once the student register for a course, he/she shall remain accountable for all applicable tuition and fees until he/she drops the course formally by the drop/add deadline.
