Nadeem Khaddaj is currently the Acting Country Director of Save the Children International – Lebanon Country Office. He joined Save the Children in September 2003 and have mostly worked in Finance and Support Services. He was the Finance Manager for Lebanon Country Office until 2008 overseeing and managing the Lebanon finance portfolio, then moved into the Middle East and North Africa regional office as a Regional Finance & Grants Director overseeing the finance portfolio of seven Country Offices in the region and managing a much bigger team. In 2012 Nadeem was appointed by the Head Quarters in Sweden as a Transition Finance Advisor overseeing new regions in Africa and Latin America. In 2013 Nadeem made a major shift where he returned back to the Country Office after the Syrian Refugee Crisis where the country operation boosted intensely in terms of outreach, budget portfolio and programmatic approaches.
Nadeem holds a BA in Business Administration from the Rafic Hariri University and a MS in NGO Management from the Sagesse University. Additionally Nadeem has other certificates in Social Marketing, Proposal Writing and Project Management from Notre Dame University; Security Management for NGOs from the Swedish International Developmental Agency.
